Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask before subscribing — data, coverage, pricing, cancellation and reuse, answered plainly.

Where does the data come from?

From official registers, one per market — ten in total:

  • Ireland — Residential Property Price Register (PSRA)
  • Japan — Real Estate Information Library (MLIT)
  • Singapore — HDB resale prices via data.gov.sg
  • Taiwan — declared real-price registration (Ministry of the Interior)
  • Estonia — transaction statistics (Maa- ja Ruumiamet)
  • United Kingdom — Price Paid Data (HM Land Registry)
  • France — DVF (DGFiP / Etalab)
  • Netherlands — StatLine 83625NED (CBS)
  • Spain — cadastral valuation statistics (Dirección General del Catastro)
  • United Arab Emirates — Dubai open data (Dubai Land Department)

Each publisher, licence and coverage window is listed on the Data sources page.

Are these listings?

No. DeedStone publishes registered transactions only — never listings, asking prices or estimates. Spain's series is cadastral valuations rather than transactions, and we say so wherever it appears.

How current is each market?

Each register publishes on its own schedule. UK data covers 2023–2024, France 2022–2024 (départements 13 and 69), Dubai the current year to date, and so on. The coverage window is shown with every chart and export, and listed per market on the Data sources page.

What does it cost?

The live sample needs no account: latest-year medians, in EUR. The free preview adds every region and charts, in EUR or USD. Paid plans, billed monthly or yearly (yearly is two months free):

  • Investor — $149/month or $1,490/year: period averages over the full history, any display currency.
  • Pro — $449/month or $4,490/year: year-by-year history, comparisons, CSV/Excel exports.
  • Institutional — $1,490/month or $14,900/year and Black — $4,900/month: see Pricing.

Can I cancel? What if it is not for me?

Plans are billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time — email r7adco@gmail.com; access runs to the end of the paid period. Your first payment carries a 30-day money-back guarantee; the conditions are in the Terms.

Is the AI feature advice?

No. DeedStone is an information service — nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. AI outputs are labelled as generated information on every screen; see the Data & AI disclaimer.

Can I republish a figure?

Yes, under the licence of the register it came from — keep the source credited using the exact attribution wording shown on the Data sources page.

Something looks wrong — or you publish one of these registers?

Write to the contact address in the site footer (r7adco@gmail.com) and we will fix it or remove the market promptly.
