Who you are buying from, and how you pay
The seller is the service provider named above (Canada). Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor — Stripe is not the merchant of record, so your contract is with the seller and your card statement shows DEEDSTONE. Cancellations, refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment are handled by the seller at the contact email below.
Contact for legal and data requests
Legal notices, questions about these terms, privacy requests (data access, correction, deletion) and data-source corrections: hello@thermoneural.com. Please put “Data request” in the subject for privacy matters.
Consumer dispute resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to go to court.
